Track Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, 1 to 3 business days after you order, we email you a shipping confirmation with the number and a tracking link.

Where is my package?

• Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or
• Paste the tracking number into 17TRACK, which follows the parcel across every carrier on the route.

Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days from the ship date. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan.

Cannot find the email, or is your parcel late?

Write to support@schwisteen.com with your order number and we will trace it. If an order has not arrived within 25 days of the ship date, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
