Will a Schwisteen shower head fit my shower?

Yes, if your shower arm has a standard G1/2 thread, which covers nearly every home in North America. It screws on by hand. Teflon tape and a spare washer are included in the box.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days, depending on your location. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships, and you can follow it on the Track Order page.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order in the United States, with no code and no minimum. Priority processing with additional insurance is available at checkout for $7.99.

Does filtering reduce the water pressure?

No. The nozzle plate uses an air-boost design that narrows the outlets and raises the pressure of the stream, so the shower feels stronger than an unfiltered head on the same pipe.

How often do I replace the filter cartridge?

Every four to six months for a household of two. If your water is very hard, or the spray starts to lose its edge, change it sooner. Replacement cartridges are sold in packs.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email support@schwisteen.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email support@schwisteen.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Is there a warranty?

Every Schwisteen shower head carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Will the nozzles clog in hard water?

The silicone nozzles resist mineral build-up and can be wiped clean with a thumb. Replacing the cartridge on schedule also keeps the spray even.
