Shipping Policy

All orders ship free within the United States. No promotion code is required.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days from the ship date, depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, and you can follow your package on the Track Order page.

Priority processing with additional insurance is available at checkout for $7.99.

If your order has not arrived within 25 days of the ship date, contact us at support@schwisteen.com with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
